My first official crochet class was done by a wonderful woman who volunteered her time to teach a group of us.

I say my first official class, not to take away from what I’ve grew up seeing women in my family do. All of them were and still are creative on so many levels, even the ones that are dead. By official I mean we had to talk about what stitched did and how to make them.

So I have decided, to put up a blog to chronicle my progress in this fabric art called crochet.
